We saw a lot of Notre Dame as our apartment was a 5 min walk away, we saw a lot of the Eiffel Tower in all her grandness, We saw famous bridges(sailed under them, drove across and walked over them, we walked to Isle Saint Louis, played on playgrounds at Place de Vosges, saw heaps of very old buildings- Notre Dmae Cathedral was celebrating its 850th birthday!! We ate crepes, yummy fresh produce, bought some very cool things and rode on a double decker bus with no roof! Paris has heaps of very old carousels some of which a right near the Eiffel tower and are very pretty- We had so much fun!! We even met some new friends on a bus and had dinner and lunch with them. What a great holiday xx Curtis and Ruby.

After our first day exploring Disneyland Paris we had an amazing week in Paris. Our Apartment was in the Marais District only a short walk to Notre Dmae Cathedral, the Seine River and the Jewish Quarter. We had encounters with street performers, climbed to the top of Notre Dame Cathedral, went to the top of the Arc de Triomphe, a boat cruize on the seine River, Went to the top of the Eiffel Tower, ate baguettes, criosants, cheeses, saussison, snails, mussels , had afternoon tea at Angelina's the oldest cafe in Paris, bought Macaron from the famous and very old tea Salon Laduree, saw the Louvre, went to Rodin (famous sculptor) Museum, the Musee Dorsay to see famour art works and the Orangerie to see Monet's Nymphea paintings............. stay tuned for more xx Ruby and Curtis

Paris Disneyland

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After a very long drive from down the bottom of France we arrived in Paris and the next day we spent a fantastic day at Disneyland Paris. We caught the Metro and RER from our apartment which took us right into the gates of Disneyland. We went on amazing rides like runaway train, buzz light year, Temple of Peril , pirates of the Caribean, and Space mission. We got lost in the maze in Alice in Wonderland and saw the beautiful fairytale castle. So much to see and do and buy!! We were very tired at the end but it was so much fun. xx Ruby and Curtis
